LEM Hand Tools

LEM hand tools are lever type Spin-to-Stroke installation tools for Rivnuts®. Historically, LEM has made the hand tools for Bollhoff Rivnut. They feature a plunger rotation knob to spin on and spin off the Rivnut®. When the lever is closed by hand pressure, the tool pulls back a preset distance to upset the Rivnut. The L6000 tool is designed to upset Rivnuts and the L7000 tool is designed to upset Plusnuts®. The LEM wrench type stroke tool utilizes two simple wrenches (L1000) or a hex key (L722 or L845) to apply a linear pull stroke to install the Rivnut®. The wrench type tools are used primarily for low volume field installations or product prototypes. The L1000, L722 and L845 wrench type tools can install either Rivnuts® or Plusnuts®.
